You'll own in-person event strategy for the MSP industry, selling at conferences and coaching AEs to become strong conference sellers. You'll build a personal network within MSP communities that generates warm introductions and referral pipeline. This fully remote role requires significant travel, including quarterly on-site visits to Toronto.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own in-person events strategy across the MSP industry
- Execute at events: booth selling, stage presentations, relationship building
- Build pre-event and post-event system with targeted outreach and follow-up
- Develop AEs into conference sellers through on-site coaching
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10 years in B2B SaaS or fintech sales with field selling experience
- Familiarity with the MSP ecosystem and IT channel events
- Proven track record building relationships that turn into pipeline
- Coaching experience mentoring junior sellers on in-person selling

- Experience building event ROI measurement frameworks
- Track record developing junior sellers into independent conference reps
