💼 About This Role

You'll join the Application Platform Team to build core infrastructure and architectural standards for Sardine's fraud prevention platform. You will define how code is written across the company, optimizing high-load systems. This role lets you dive deep into database internals and architect microservices in Go.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-performance microservices in Go.
• Analyze and improve infrastructure efficiency and performance.
• Define architectural patterns for database and API design.
• Work with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) for resilient automation.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of commercial backend development experience.
• Deep understanding of Go including concurrency and memory management.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and storage trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP cloud architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DynamoDB or Bigtable.
• Hands-on work with SQS/SNS, Kafka, or ZeroMQ.
• Observability tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus.
