Description

You will lead an interdisciplinary hospice team, providing clinical guidance and ensuring excellent care for patients at home. You will develop community relationships, recruit team members, and participate in quality improvement activities while advancing your leadership skills.

Requirements

• Passion for hospice care and prior hospice experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BSN or Masters preferred
• Management experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the team with clinical guidance and judgment to address patient and family needs
• Participate in Performance Improvement Quality Assurance activities
• Develop and mentor future hospice leaders
