You'll drive the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in R&D at DailyPay, a worktech company transforming on demand pay. You'll manage complex dependencies, risks, and build technical roadmaps while playing a vital role in our Data Governance and Data Privacy programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and deployment of complex financial applications
• Partner with engineering, product, and design to define program scope
• Drive Data Governance and Data Privacy programs forward
• Establish clear communication and provide regular status updates

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in technical program management
• Hands-on AI incorporation into day-to-day work
• Data Governance and Data Privacy experience
• Agile methodologies (Kanban) and modern software architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications in program management (PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL)
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git)
