You'll serve as the operational architect of Oscar's Clinical organization, driving product development and cross-functional execution across Virtual Care, Case Management, and more. You'll transform clinical insights into a cohesive care model, ensuring scalable infrastructure and data-driven optimization to improve member outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic plans to transform utilization management into care orchestration.
• Drive new health solutions product pipeline in partnership with plan design and growth.
• Align clinical operations with strategic goals for trend management and member satisfaction.
• Orchestrate high-priority cross-functional initiatives bridging clinical strategy and execution.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in healthcare industry
• 7+ years managed care experience in an operations environment
• 5+ years managing cross-functional end-to-end product teams
• 5+ years managing budget and capacity models
