• Improve platform performance, reliability, and observability across feature teams.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development workflows.
• Collaborate on shared tooling and streamline engineering workflows.
• Own delivery, quality, and on-call support for critical systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native systems with reliability practices.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD, trunk-based development, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience defining engineering-wide standards for testing and reliability.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience with modern stacks including Ruby, Java, Python, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
