  • Lead a pod handling inbound calls and processing orders
  • Ensure accurate and timely order transmission to partners
  • Drive team to exceed performance targets
  • Support team during peak periods with quality assurance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication (minimum B2 level)
  • Comfort using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-paced contact center environment
