- Lead a pod handling inbound calls and processing orders
- Ensure accurate and timely order transmission to partners
- Drive team to exceed performance targets
- Support team during peak periods with quality assurance
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success
- Excellent English verbal and written communication (minimum B2 level)
- Comfort using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a high-paced contact center environment
