You'll expand PadSplit's marketplace by engaging property owners to become Hosts, addressing housing affordability. You'll build relationships with property owners and real estate investors, delivering a tailored value pitch on how PadSplit drives superior rental income. This role is critical in unlocking additional income for homeowners while creating more shared housing opportunities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential property owners.
- Execute outreach strategies including cold calling and emailing.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand property owner needs.
- Deliver value propositions and close deals with property owners.
📋 Requirements
- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales in real estate or property management.
- Strong relationship-building skills and communication abilities.
- Self-motivation to thrive in a remote startup environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot.
