Description
You will lead product marketing for the LATAM region at Airbnb, owning the product strategy and roadmap to deliver innovative features that delight users. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development from concept to launch, and craft compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of product management experience.
- Demonstrated track record of product leadership.
- Comfortable with individual contributor product management work.
- Success in building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems.
- Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and media.
- Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality.
- Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis.
- Capable of driving execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative and results oriented.
- Ability and willingness to travel around 30-35% of the time.
- Fluency in English and at least one other local language (Spanish or Portuguese).
Responsibilities
- Build deep expertise on Airbnb in your market/region through user research, marketplace data, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Work with functional leaders to articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
