๐ผ About This Role
You'll build a people analytics and innovation function from scratch in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models that shape workforce planning and employee experience. This role combines technical depth with strategic influence at the executive level.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities.
- Design and deploy AI-powered tools, automation, and analytics using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies.
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, engagement, and employee experience.
- Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR data science.
- 3+ years leading analytics teams, including hiring and talent development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL with statistical modeling.
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
