Description

You will join the professional services team to implement IT Complete solutions. You will meet with customers, define business requirements, translate them into project plans, allocate resources, and drive progress to ensure successful onboardings and implementations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English
• 2+ years managing customer-facing projects
• 2+ years in cross-functional matrix environment
• Strong background in Software Implementation
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource schedules and coordinate updates to maximize productivity
• Lead project discovery by analyzing customer needs and business requirements
• Manage complex multi-product implementation projects on time and within budget
• Maintain project documentation including requirements, process flows, and status reports
• Initiate and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted adviser
