You'll lead partner program initiatives and partner development activities for MongoDB's ecosystem partners, including AI partners. You'll drive pipeline generation, co-sell execution, and new sales plays with regional sales leadership. This role offers the chance to modernize partner programs in a fast-paced, innovative database company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build new partner programs and initiatives for ecosystem partners
- Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project charters
- Evaluate and implement a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of partner sales lead experience in a fast-paced market
- Experience managing large complex program initiatives
- Track record of building exec-level relationships with business partners
- Technically knowledgeable in enterprise software and cloud computing
โจ Nice to Have
- Masters in Business Administration
- Familiarity with PRM tools and ecosystem platforms
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Workspan, Graphite
