You'll lead partner program initiatives and partner development activities for MongoDB's ecosystem partners, including AI partners. You'll drive pipeline generation, co-sell execution, and new sales plays with regional sales leadership. This role offers the chance to modernize partner programs in a fast-paced, innovative database company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build new partner programs and initiatives for ecosystem partners
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and certifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project charters
  • Evaluate and implement a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner sales lead experience in a fast-paced market
  • Experience managing large complex program initiatives
  • Track record of building exec-level relationships with business partners
  • Technically knowledgeable in enterprise software and cloud computing

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Familiarity with PRM tools and ecosystem platforms
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Workspan, Graphite
