🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day legal matters and commercial contracts
• Support corporate governance and regulatory filings
• Partner with leadership on legal risk assessment
• Oversee external counsel and legal budgets

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• 5–10 years of legal experience
• Contract drafting and negotiation experience
• Knowledge of compliance and corporate governance
