💼 About This Role

You'll lead two cross-functional engineering teams building mobile and full-stack products for a fintech platform serving tens of thousands of business users. You'll coordinate delivery plans and technical execution with Product Managers and Designers in a fully remote, async-friendly culture. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical coordination to drive impactful financial tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and support 2 development teams (mobile and product engineering)
• Coordinate with Product Managers to translate requirements into development plans
• Write and refine tickets, technical requirements, and PRDs
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and ensure efficient workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile/full-stack architecture
• Advanced English communication skills and native-level Ukrainian proficiency
