🎯 What You'll Do

• Process release of information requests for medical records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data
• Create digital images of paperwork for electronic records
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist walk-ins
• Train and mentor associates in health information services

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year Health Information related experience
• Medical office experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years Health Information experience
• Previous production/metric-based work
• In-person customer service experience
