Description

You will play a client-facing consulting role driving business transformation on SaaS and digital platforms, leading workshops, shaping Agile user stories, leveraging AI to reimagine processes, and bridging business and technology to deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years BA/consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise app transformations
• Proven Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid)
• Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, problem structuring, business case development
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Passion for AI, automation, and transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points and map user journeys
• Shape requirements into Agile user stories and product backlogs
• Leverage Generative AI and automation to reimagine processes
• Drive projects through full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, Adoption
• Contribute to business process re-engineering and operating model redesign
