💼 About This Role

You'll manage post-installation battery deployment processes, coordinating inspections and documentation to achieve Permission to Operate (PTO). Your work directly impacts system activation speed and customer satisfaction. This role thrives in an organized, detail-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate post-installation inspections with AHJs and utilities.
• Manage uploading of photos and documentation to inspection portals.
• Schedule field service with customers and internal team.
• Track inspection pass/failure rates and field service resolution times.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in project coordination within construction, solar, EV, or similar field.
• Experience scheduling with external stakeholders (inspectors, utility reps).
• Proficiency in managing documentation and online portals.
• Ability to track and analyze data for process improvement.
