Description

You will lead strategic analytics programs and AI-first automations for Customer Success, owning scalable customer intelligence systems that drive retention and growth. You'll architect end-to-end analytics and insights projects, build production-grade data models, and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools like n8n and Airflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years in advanced analytics (SaaS preferred)
• Advanced SQL and GitHub proficiency
• Strong Python/R experience with statistical inference
• Tableau Developer-level fluency
• Experience with AI tooling (Cursor, Glean) and workflow automation

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Success intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI tooling
• Build customer cohorting, segmentation, and benchmarking frameworks
• Define and evolve customer health, adoption, and success scoring
• Design and scale advanced analytics projects including cohort analysis
• Deploy workflow automations using n8n, Airflow, or other AI tools
