You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand fighting hunger. You'll create customer engagement through promotions and social media while running an operationally sound business. Every $10 spent donates a meal to Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and merchandise product.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Experience with payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
