Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years experience as full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner
• Experience in high-tech recruitment
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing
• Excellent verbal and written communicator in English

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle recruitment process
• Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
• Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques
• Maintain candidate data and outreach in ATS
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
