• Lead motion design for UK marketing campaigns and product explainers
• Develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Strong sense of storytelling and timing
• Proven ability to lead creative direction
