Description

You will design and implement the operational risk management framework for a newly established bank, including policies, methodologies, and controls. You'll lead risk identification, define KRIs, manage incident recording, and develop mitigation plans, while coordinating with technology and finance teams and maintaining the Business Continuity Plan.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk management in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Colombian regulatory framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) implementation

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive operational risk management framework
• Lead identification of critical processes, risk mapping, and assessments
• Define and implement KRIs, thresholds, and monitoring mechanisms
• Design and manage process for recording, analyzing, and assessing operational risk incidents and losses
• Coordinate with Technology and Finance teams for risk management tools and reporting
