💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial partnerships with top-tier game studios across the Americas, owning the go-to-market strategy for a rapidly scaling gaming platform. You'll build a multi-million dollar book of business from scratch, driving revenue growth in the world's most valuable gaming region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and close large commercial partnerships with top-tier game studios and publishers
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities and exceed revenue targets
• Own end-to-end GTM for the region, from market segmentation to contract signature
• Represent Immutable at key conferences, building relationships with senior decision makers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in enterprise BD or sales across gaming, AdTech, MarTech, or B2B tech
• Proven track record sourcing, shaping, and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals over $1M TCV
• Experience building a pipeline from scratch in a new region or market category
• Operational excellence across CRM, revenue forecasting, and disciplined sales execution
