You'll oversee the design and development of large-scale learning programs aligned with organizational goals. Your focus will be on creating a cohesive framework for instructional designers to develop individual courses, ensuring alignment with measurable learning and business outcomes. You'll report to Enablement Leadership and impact learner success as part of the Learning Strategy & Design team.

  • Develop and manage large-scale training program structures.
  • Define program-level objectives and outcomes with business needs.
  • Partner with instructional designers on course framework and guidance.
  • Coordinate development timelines, deliverables, and resources.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development or instructional design.
  • Proven experience designing large-scale learning programs.
  • Expertise in instructional design frameworks and learning taxonomies.

  • Familiarity with outcome-based instructional design approaches.
  • Proficiency with eLearning technologies and LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
