💼 About This Role

You'll execute CRM campaigns and manage digital content for Moonpig's international markets including the US, Ireland, and Australia. You'll build and deploy campaigns, shape on-site experiences, and drive conversion and repeat engagement. This hybrid role blends CRM execution with content management in a fast-paced team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute CRM campaigns across newsletters, triggers, push notifications, and reminders
• Manage content plans and landing pages for websites and app
• Support audience segmentation and campaign targeting with the CRM Manager
• Monitor campaign performance and support A/B testing and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in CRM, digital content, or e-commerce
• Experience using an ESP or CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or CMS (e.g., Contentful)
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

• Experience working in international markets
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or basic HTML
