💼 About This Role

You'll own the full post-sale marketing motion for Taktile's agentic decision platform, building customer advocacy and creating compelling proof points. Your work will drive expansion campaigns and deepen relationships with key accounts at banks, fintechs, and insurers. You'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with customer success, sales, and product marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a structured customer reference and advocacy program.
  • Lead production of customer case studies, impact stories, and video testimonials.
  • Design and execute marketing programs supporting upsell and cross-sell.
  • Run systematic programs to gather customer insights and feed into strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer marketing, customer success marketing, or related marketing role.
  • Proven ability to build customer advocacy programs and produce high-quality case studies.
  • Strong relationship skills engaging senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer success and sales teams.
