You'll support partners and customers across DACH and Benelux markets by diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Geotab's IoT hardware and software platform. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization. This role offers a chance to grow with a global leader in connected transportation.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues with Geotab products
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email
  • Coordinate device return/exchange process
  • Develop and deliver product training to resellers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer support and technical troubleshooting experience
  • Professional-level Dutch and German communication skills
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Big Query or data warehouses
  • Expert-level Excel skills
