Description

In this role, you will lead B2B efforts for the StashWorks product, owning the roadmap and partnering with the GM to drive growth. You'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, fintech, and go-to-market, refining the live product and scaling its capabilities in an AI-first engineering culture.

Requirements

• 4-7 years professional software building experience
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools like Cursor, ChatGPT as core part of daily workflow
• Experience building backend APIs and services in collaborative team setting
• Experience with event-based architectures
• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Terraform, Datadog, testing best practices, Ruby, Go

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and rapidly implement services using AI coding assistants
• Own end-to-end software delivery from inception to production
• Instrument, test, profile, and code review software
• Continuously deploy to cloud-based infrastructure
• Scale software infrastructure for a quickly-growing user base
