Description

You will lead end-to-end data solutions, architect large-scale data pipelines using Databricks and Delta, and design robust data models that power analytics and data science. You'll own data quality and SLAs, mentor junior engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable insights that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability for physical operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant data engineering experience with demonstrated impact
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Expert-level ETL/ELT, data modeling, and cloud data lake/warehouse stacks (Spark, SQL engines, orchestration)
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills; production-grade pipelines experience
• Proven experience designing critical data models for analytics, reporting, or ML

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data solutions across multiple subject areas and services
• Architect and maintain large-scale production data pipelines (batch/streaming) using Databricks, Delta, and cloud platforms
• Design robust data models and curated datasets for analytics, dashboards, and data science
• Own data quality, reliability, and SLAs: define contracts, implement validation and monitoring, drive RCA and fixes
• Mentor P20/P30 engineers, provide code and design reviews, and improve team capabilities
