You'll be the face of Carvana, protecting associates, customers, and assets at our facility. Your core impact is ensuring proper security protocols and emergency procedures are followed. You'll use RFID technology and conduct routine patrols to maintain a safe environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars at entrance and exit gates
• Conduct routine patrols and document security concerns
• Respond to badge creation and CCTV review requests
• De-escalate situations and enforce safety protocols

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a positive way
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CCTV, RFID, and Card Access systems
• Previous experience supporting an OSHA program
• Experience supporting crisis prevention and response plans
