You will lead the scaling and optimization of clinical programs at a Canadian healthtech company, driving complex initiatives from concept to full-scale operations. You'll design evidence-based care models, manage cross-functional teams, and use data to improve program efficiency and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience at intersection of clinical credibility and operational rigor
• Strategic executor skilled in scaling complex pilots
• Ability to bring structure and momentum to in-flight or underperforming programs
• Experience leading clinical teams through workflow changes
• Proficiency in tracking program KPIs and translating data into actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of clinical initiatives aligned with organizational strategy
• Manage complex program lifecycles from concept to full-scale operations
• Design evidence-based clinical pathways and workflows
• Act as central liaison between Clinical Programs, Operations, and Pharmacy
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and training materials for program sustainability
