Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years experience in digital/general marketing
  • Enterprise-level strategic expertise in online and mobile channels
  • Proven ability to lead digital marketing strategies with accountability
  • Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills

  • Create and own the NA wholesale insights & engagement playbook
  • Define wholesale marketing strategies driving traffic, revenue, and engagement
  • Oversee in-store POP, digital campaigns, staff education, and events
  • Develop omni-channel strategies for key and regional accounts
  • Lead team, manage budget, and align cross-functional stakeholders
