• Perform farming tasks including planting, transferring, and harvesting cannabis plants.
• Clean and maintain cultivation areas, equipment, and materials.

• Report data and plant health issues to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prior agricultural or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
