• Maintain systems and databases related to revenue operations
• Develop and implement automations using SQL, Google Apps Script, Advanced Excel, and no-code programs
• Provide IT support to sales and marketing teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant tools
