💼 About This Role

You'll implement behavioral therapy plans for children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll receive paid training to become an RBT and be supported by BCBAs as you develop skills in behavior analysis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Record session data in Central Reach system.
• Assist with BCBA assessments and family communication.

📋 Requirements

• RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling.
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development.
• CPR/BLS certification.
