- Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption gaps
- Build customer advocacy programs to support referrals
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of lifecycle or customer marketing in SaaS
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Pardot
- Experience driving reviews on G2 and Capterra
- Experience with product analytics tools like Pendo
