💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end data and visualization processes for a major client while consulting Omnicom Media stakeholders. You'll lead a high-functioning team of managers and analysts, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to shape data strategy from scratch for new accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead new business setup including data flow design
• Manage large-scale data migration projects
• Implement consistent processes and best practices
• Define and enforce campaign naming conventions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media planning or analytics
• Strong BI tool skills (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.)
• Visualization and dashboard creation experience (Tableau preferred)
• Good understanding of end-to-end data flow, APIs, databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of media platforms: CM360, DSPs, social platforms, search
• Database experience with Snowflake
• Experience in management of multiple team members
