🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain resource management databases for data accuracy
• Produce utilization and capacity reports for leadership
• Analyze resource data to identify workforce trends
• Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• Over 5 years total work experience
• More than 3 years in operations or resource management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with PowerBI
• Experience in advisory/consulting practices
• Familiarity with resource planning tools
