💼 About This Role

You'll spearhead new strategic initiatives and drive market expansion for a high-growth AI startup. You will partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to shape company strategy and co-develop AI roadmaps with client executives. This role offers full ownership and the chance to write the playbook as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with CSO on new strategic initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Partner with clients to co-develop AI roadmaps
• Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation

📋 Requirements

• 7-8 years in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to work in-office 4-5 days a week
