💼 About This Role

You'll build and own the Risk team's data and analytics program, including the KRI framework and risk reporting infrastructure. You'll partner with first-line risk owners and second-line experts to design scalable data solutions. This role is central to the ERM program and will interface with examiners and auditors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design risk data pipelines and curated datasets for enterprise-wide monitoring
• Own and manage the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) program across all risk types
• Build and maintain risk reporting dashboards using Looker, Mode, and Jira
• Train risk consumers on dashboards and provide data support for assessments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years in risk analytics in banking or financial services
• SQL, Python, and ETL optimization expertise
• Data visualization tools such as Looker or Mode

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in OCC-regulated institution building risk monitoring programs
• Knowledge of quantitative risk measurement techniques like scenario analysis
• Experience implementing a bank-grade GRC tool
