💼 About This Role

You'll support the design and execution of pilot programs for Instacart's in-store technology, driving growth and innovation across retail partner stores. Your work will directly improve quality, increase order volume, and enhance workflows. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain real visibility at the intersection of operations, experimentation, and strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute pilot programs for quality, order volume, and workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Retail, and Data Science teams to validate innovations
• Track initiative impact against KPIs and report to leadership
• Travel to stores for hands-on support and experiment rollout

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or strategy
• Strong analytical skills to design experiments and analyze results
• Excellent project management for complex cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience building operational workflows and documentation
• Retail operations or in-store program experience
