💼 About This Role

You'll lead a portfolio of complex, technology-led production programmes at AKQA's Amsterdam office, including work shaped by AI and advanced CGI techniques. You will steward programme health end-to-end, balancing client ambition with agency capability. You'll partner with clients as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate opportunity and change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee a portfolio of projects (up to €2M) ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Act as primary client interface, advising on delivery strategy including AI and CGI
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital programmes with cross-team coordination
• Own financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Define delivery approaches, scoping, estimation, and SoW creation for programmes

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering complex digital production programmes in tech-led environments
• Strong grounding in CGI, animation, real-time, or generative production workflows
• Expert understanding of programme management across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and commercial delivery
