You'll monitor and analyze macroeconomic and political trends in the Central America and Caribbean region, creating forecasts and insights for senior executives at multinational companies. You'll directly engage with C-suite clients, influencing their strategic decisions through concise research and presentations. This role offers daily coaching in a collaborative, meritocratic team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze economic, political, and business trends
• Forecast macroeconomic indicators and conduct economic analysis
• Write concise research deliverables for senior executives
• Deliver research presentations to senior executive clients

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Regional Studies, or International Relations plus Master's in relevant field
• 0-1 years of research experience in academic, non-profit, or business context
• Demonstrated knowledge of macroeconomics through prior experience or coursework
• Spanish proficiency is a must
