Description

You will partner with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for Starlink training programs, manage learning platforms, and measure training impact to help the organization meet performance objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing training curriculum
• 2+ years of experience managing learning management systems and skill tracking
• Proficient in learning management systems and partner portals
• Skilled with design tools like MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, or Camtasia

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for various audiences and delivery modes
• Maintain and revise existing learning products based on user feedback and performance
• Serve as project manager on multiple product development projects, meeting timelines and adjusting to changing priorities
• Manage learner needs, permissions, and skill tracking certifications within internal platforms
• Measure and report impact of training material to reduce time to proficiency and increase retention
