Description

You will help establish new manufacturing and test processes for the Starlink user terminal, a high-volume consumer product, by executing new product introductions, operating automated equipment, triaging non-conforming products, and driving continuous improvement to ensure quality, reliability, and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency + 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience, OR bachelor's in engineering, math, or science
• 1+ years experience with SMT and/or PCBA assembly equipment and processes
• Ability to work either shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
• Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Execute new product introduction builds across all work centers
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment
• Triage non-conforming products and drive resolution and preventative actions
• Perform process development and validation on new models in aggressive timelines
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for yield, performance, and cost
