You'll lead the design, build, and execution of a national oncology sales organization for a late-stage clinical oncology company. You'll drive successful product launches and sustained revenue growth in the RAS-addicted cancers space. This role offers the opportunity to scale a best-in-class sales team in a high-growth biotech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a national oncology sales team
  • Define and execute national sales strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • Lead executive engagement with top national accounts
  • Oversee sales forecasting, incentive compensation, and territory alignment

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 20+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
  • Oncology leadership experience including product launches
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PharmD/PhD preferred
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%

  • Experience in NSCLC and/or GI oncology markets
  • Broad understanding of commercial functions including market access and marketing
