๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead the design, build, and execution of a national oncology sales organization for a late-stage clinical oncology company. You'll drive successful product launches and sustained revenue growth in the RAS-addicted cancers space. This role offers the opportunity to scale a best-in-class sales team in a high-growth biotech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a national oncology sales team
- Define and execute national sales strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Lead executive engagement with top national accounts
- Oversee sales forecasting, incentive compensation, and territory alignment
๐ Requirements
- 20+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience
- Oncology leadership experience including product launches
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PharmD/PhD preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%

- Broad understanding of commercial functions including market access and marketing
