🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, edit, and organize various agreements including vendor contracts and NDAs.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and risk mitigation.
• Manage contract lifecycle, tracking deadlines, renewals, and milestones.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and electronic filing systems.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in contract preparation and review.
• Paralegal certificate or paralegal studies credential approved by the ABA.
• Thorough understanding of contract lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with contract management software (e.g., Salesforce).
