You will lead multiple engineering teams building internal tools, platforms, and AI-powered automation that help Klaviyos work more efficiently. You will own a portfolio of systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, R&D, and Finance, and drive technical vision for scalable solutions. Your work directly impacts how thousands of employees get their work done every day.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years hands-on software dev building full-stack SaaS products at scale
• 5+ years engineering management leading high-performing teams
• AI-native leader with experience using modern AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, N8N)
• Strong track record of end-to-end ownership from design to delivery
• Effective cross-functional leader and people-first coach

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams and set technical vision for internal tools and platforms
• Own portfolio of internal systems including AI workflows, web apps, data pipelines, and integrations
• Balance technical and people leadership
• Partner with engineers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to translate challenges into solutions
• Foster culture of innovation, systems thinking, and AI-first mindset
