Description
You will manage a high-volume pipeline, combining structured outbound prospecting with consultative selling to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth in Colombia. You'll take full ownership of the commercial process from research and segmentation to negotiation and close, ensuring Clara delivers measurable value to every new customer.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of sales experience in high-volume environments
- Track record of exceeding goals in TPV, credit lines, and customer acquisition
- Mastery of Hubspot or equivalent CRM software
- Proficiency with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Responsibilities
