💼 About This Role

You'll join Renewal by Andersen as a Design Consultant, visiting pre-scheduled appointments in homeowners' homes to present custom window and door replacement solutions. You'll close sales using a value-based process with full training provided. This role offers uncapped commission with top consultants earning $150,000-$250,000+.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at residential homes
• Conduct product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes
• Follow a value-based selling process with honesty
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings

📋 Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials
• Capable of navigating iPad applications
